Design and review RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
Ensure S/4HANA-compliant and performance-optimized ABAP code
Drive code reviews, quality standards, and best practices
Own technical design documents, estimations, and delivery plans
Coordinate with functional consultants for requirement clarification
Support integration scenarios (IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, CPI/BTP)
Lead UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and hypercare activities
Mentor junior developers and manage offshore/onshore teams
Ensure compliance with Clean Core, extensibility, and security standards
8–12+ years of hands-on ABAP experience
Strong expertise in:
ABAP Objects (OO-ABAP)
CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL
Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancements Framework)
SmartForms, Adobe Forms
Experience with S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations
Working knowledge of SAP BTP, CPI, OData services
Performance tuning and debugging expertise
Strong understanding of SAP transport management and DevOps practices
Experience leading teams and managing technical delivery
Exposure to SAP Clean Core & side-by-side extensibility
Experience with SAP Fiori backend enablement
Knowledge of Cloud ALM / Solution Manager
Prior experience in AMS or large transformation programs
