Rialtes is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for managing the hiring lifecycle, leading and mentoring the TA team, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring hiring goals are met effectively.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
Allocate requisitions, monitor team performance, and ensure hiring targets are met.
Provide regular feedback, training, and guidance to the team
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels effectively.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer,management.
Ensure high-quality candidate assessment aligned with business needs.
Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.
Provide insights and market intelligence to support hiring decisions.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
Monitor key recruitment metrics (TAT, quality of hire, offer acceptance, etc.).
MBA in Human Resources or related field preferred.
6–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with team handling experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with ATS tools and MS Office.
