Closely cooperate and collaborate with various teams within the organization to help the Operations and Executive teams to optimize and automate processes by introducing system-driven solutions. The role will also assist in the redesign of the various business processes to further enhance the reliability and efficiency.
Focus primarily on property management and real estate management, critically assess and provide possible solutions for applications such as Yardi (or Yardi integrated systems), aligning to finance.
Developing SQL databases and writing applications to interface with SQL databases.
Designing and developing custom reports using Yardi reporting tools like YSR/SQL Reports.
Coordinate with YARDI support staff for resolving system issues.
Partner with business users and act as a mediator between business and technical teams by proposing potential system improvements and prioritizing activities.
Chairing workshops and facilitating communication between the business stakeholders and the IT teams.
Requirements Life Cycle Management (Collect, Trace, Maintain, Prioritize, Assess and Approve requirements)
Ensure the success of system optimization initiatives by performing user acceptance test with direct traceability to original user stories and capturing testable acceptance criteria's
Be able to create dashboards in Excel for either project management or generic reporting
Prepare and maintain user guides and instructions documenting new solutions and improvements
Clear business English, spoken and written
5+ years of experience in technical development on YSR and SQL reports.
Excellent understanding of backend tables and procedures.
Thorough understanding and expertise in Yardi Voyager is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Yardi Residential module is an added advantage.
Knowledge and understanding of financial procedures, along with system implementation processes.
Knowledge of ticketing tool SLA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Analytical, creative thinking skills with a focus on the details without losing sight of the big picture.
